That's why she didn't more than wash him. It was intimate enough for now, it promised more later after they were alone again. She would show him around a little, though there really wasn't much aside from the way they came in, the throne room, her room and Mairead's rooms.
She took a smaller towel and towel dried her hair allowing the curls to fall softly even if a little damp along her back. Once he finished drying her, she dried him from head to toe, leaving the odd kiss here and there.. again, promises of what would come later when they were alone.
Sighing softly at his question, then laughing a little, "Honestly, it's been a long time since I've attended one. Don't eat until Mairead is present and gives the nod to eat. I will be sitting beside her, you beside me." because as far as anyone here is concerned, and her as well.. he is her mate, her other half.
"Don't let the demi-fae, those little ones that found us, intimidate you. If need be I will take care of them." she gives a bit of a sly smile and winks at him. She'd learned a lot about herself when she was gone. Things she wasn't sure she would have learned here, but she really didn't know.
She wrapped her arms around his neck, fingers running through his hair and meeting his gaze before kissing him softly before hesitantly pulling back. "Ok time to get ready." smiles softly and moves towards the closet, her hand holding his. It was big enough for both of them. "I wil need help with the back of my dress."
